Product Information
If this is your first time placing a subscription box order or resuming a paused order you must pay prior to the 1st day of the month. If you are subscribing after the 1st day of the month, you will receive the following month's subscription box candle. You must purchase this item alone & select 'shipping' when subscribing.
Example: If you subscribe on Dec. 4th, you will receive January's candle & then moving forward, you will be auto billed on the 1st day of each month.
Although every launch is different, there are unique aspects that carry out with each and every launch.
- We do not accept any orders or holds over the phone.
- Each Launch Day works at a first come, first serve basis.
- Due to high call volumes on launch days, emailing info@mobaak.com is the best way to communicate and ensure your questions get answered accurately.
- Be prepared for long entrance and check out lines.
Order Information
Orders are fulfilled in the orders in which they are received.
We use USPS 1-2 Day Priority Shipping so that your products are never sitting in the same place for too long, especially during the summer! Since we are closed Sunday and Monday, most orders placed over the weekend do not actually ship until Tuesday.
Please allow an hour and half for in-store pickup fulfillment on orders placed between 10 AM - 4:30 PM. All orders placed after 4:30 PM will be fulfilled as quickly as possible but please note our shoppe closes at 6 PM Tuesday - Friday and at 4 pm on Saturday.

Product Care
To ensure maximum burn time follow these Candle Care Tips:
- Do not leave candles burning while unattended
- Keep candles away from children + pets.
- On initial burn, allow candle to establish a full, even melt pool across the entire candle.
- Trim wick to 1/4" before each burn
- Keep wax pool free of wick trimmings at all times
Burn Times
- 18 oz: Roughly 90 hours
- 10 oz: Roughly 70 hours
- 6 oz Travel Tins: Roughy 30 hours
Each Car Diffuser is sealed with a plastic plug. Before use simply unscrew wooden top, carefully remove plastic seal, and screw wooden top back on. Turn upside down for 5 seconds to allow scent to seep into wood.
Insert rattan reeds directly into bottle and flip weekly or as needed to refresh the scent. The reed absorb the oil from the bottle constantly releasing scent into your space. To create a lighter, more subtle scent throw, insert just a few reeds or remove as needed. Keep away from direct sunlight or other heat sources to avoid drying out the reeds.
In order to ensure the pumps work correctly shake the bottle between each use.
Our Body oils provide amazing hydration but due to the natural ingredient used, when left out in cold areas they will solidify. To help them return to a liquid state simply run the bottle under warm water. If possible, store in warmer area.
Shipping
Our Shipping Rates start at $9 for Priority 1-2 Day Shipping. All Shipping costs are based off weight of order & distance from Mobaak Aromatherapy Shoppe. For Order Fulfillment time, please allow 24 hrs for USPS to Pickup. We are closed Sunday and Monday, any orders placed these day will not be shipped until Tuesday.
Please note that during Holidays & Launches USPS wait time may differ.
Once your package is in the possession of USPS, we are not responsible for any lost packages. To obtain information about your package(s) contact USPS or file a claim through USPS.
Returns
It is our goal to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase from Mobaak Aromatherapy Shoppe. We will gladly exchange any unused, unopened Mobaak products within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
If you received a damaged or defective item please head to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm to file an online claim with USPS. Once your package is in the possession of USPS, we are not responsible for any damaged items. You will need your tracking number, the date of purchase, & our address to file a claim.

You will be asked to provide images of the damaged product & it's packaging.
Insured mail, whether insurance was purchased separately or was included with a service, may be eligible for an indemnity claim if the mailpiece was lost or arrived damaged, including with broken or missing pieces. Once you file the Domestic Claim, to proceed with the request, the post office will need to retain the damaged mailpieces for inspection. You can take the package down to your local post office.
