Refund policy
Returns / Exchanges
We will honor returns or exchange items purchased directly from Mobaak Aromatherapy Shoppe or Mobaak.com We cannot accept items purchased through a 3rd party or a community fundraiser.
We have a 14-day return/exchange policy on all unused unopened items- with receipt.
If order was placed online, we refund the entire order amount MINUS shipping costs PLUS a 10% payment processing fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. For all online orders, there will be a 10% restocking charge which covers ONLY the original order's payment processing fees (this is not a charge we keep.)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take approx. 5-7 business days before your refund has officially posted to your account. This is dependent on your bank. For further assistance with this, please contact INFO@mobaak.com after waiting period.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us by email INFO@mobaak.com. Please be mindful of the restocking fee mentioned above.
**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). All shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an order valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please email INFO@mobaak.com with the following:
📸 Clear images of the damaged item and packaging of your entire order
📦 Your order ID#
We’ll review your request and assist you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
For all lost packages, please contact your local Post Office with the tracking information we provide you.
