Give your favorite vessel a second life ♻️
Our candle refill bar allows you to bring your own glass vessel and refill it with your favorite fragrances from our Aroma Bar.
Each refill is poured using our signature clean-burning, non-toxic candle ingredients, creating a new candle experience in a vessel you already love.
Refills are available during Refill Bar Saturdays (typically the first Saturday of each month).
Important Vessel Requirements
GLASS VESSELS ONLY
Please read before booking:
• Vessel must be glass
• No lids- bring the glass vessel only, keep lids with you
• Maximum 6 inches in height (wick safety requirement)
• Vessel must have a flat or mostly flat bottom
• Excessively curved bottoms cannot be refilled
• Vessel must be completely cleaned of wax and wick tabs
Not accepted:
• Ceramic, Metal, Stone, Concrete
• Any material other than glass
Mobaak reserves the right to decline any vessel deemed unsafe or unsuitable for candle pouring.
How It Works
• Bring your clean glass vessel to Mobaak
• Choose up to two fragrances from the Aroma Bar menu
• We measure your vessel and confirm pricing (per ounce)
• Payment is required before pouring
• Your candle is poured and ready for pickup in 3–5 business days

How to Clean Your Vessel
• Stop burning your candle when ¼ inch of wax remains
• Place the vessel in the freezer overnight
• Remove and gently crack wax with a butter knife
• Remove wax pieces and wick tab
• Wash vessel with soap and warm water
Your vessel is now ready for refill.
Vessel Safety Notice
Mobaak reserves the right to decline any vessel deemed unsafe for candle pouring, including vessels that are cracked, excessively thin, or uneven.
By dropping off your vessel, you acknowledge that it is heat-safe and suitable for candle use.
We may adjust wick size and quantity based on vessel size and shape to ensure the safest burn possible.
Because each vessel is unique, burn performance may vary.
Candle Burn Care Notice
Because each refill vessel varies in size, shape, and wicking, we cannot guarantee every candle will burn perfectly edge-to-edge or achieve a full melt pool.
Our team will wick each vessel to the best of our knowledge and experience, but burn performance may vary- especially with larger statement vessels.
For best results:
• Allow the candle to burn long enough to reach a full melt pool
• Trim wicks between burns
• Follow standard candle safety and burn care practices
If you experience significant burning issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

• Maximum two fragrance blends per candle
• All sales are final
• Candles not picked up within 30 days will be donated
• No discounts apply to refill services
