- Remove plastic plug under the wooden lid.
- Replace the wooden lid.
- Tilt diffuser upside down for a few seconds for oils to soak into lid & rope.
- Hang & enjoy!

A $10 or $15 flat-rate shipping fee is applied to orders depending upon weight of order's total.
We do not offer international shipping.

Exchanges + Returns
If you're not 100% satisfied with one of your Mobaak products, we would love to help make it right! Please contact our Customer Care team at info@mobaak.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll help get the process started. We require proof of purchase to process your request.
If order was placed online, we refund the entire order amount MINUS shipping costs PLUS a 10% payment processing fee.
